Mix and match any styles, sizes, colors, and designs across your order. Free shipping on all wholesale orders within the U.S, Canada,  and Europe.
Please note: Wholesale pricing applies to apparel only (shirts and hats). Décor items are not available for wholesale at this time.

Wholesale Terms

• Minimum Wholesale Order
  Our minimum order for wholesale discounts is 20 items. You may mix and match sizes, colors, and designs.
• Shipping
  Shipping is factored into the discount pricing — no shipping fees will be charged for orders within the U.S, Canada,  and Europe.
• Returns & Replacements
  Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we've made a error (hey, it happens — we're human!). Slight color variations from what you see on your screen are normal for print-on-demand. If something looks seriously off, please reach out and we'll make it right. • Discount Code Use
  Wholesale discount codes cannot be combined with any other In The Barn Shop promotions, discounts, or offers.
• Samples
  Want to see the fit and feel before committing? Place a regular, non-wholesale order for samples. 
• Custom or Larger Orders
  Need something beyond our standard tiers or have a custom request? Reach out to us at aster@inthebarn.shop and we'll work something out.

Legal Terms & Conditions

• Resale Only
  All wholesale purchases are intended for resale in your physical shop or online store linked to your physical location. You may not resell In The Barn Shop products on any third-party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or similar (these are examples and not an inclusive list).
• Brand Representation
  In The Barn Shop reserves the right to revoke wholesale privileges if products are marketed or displayed in a way that conflicts with our brand's values or misrepresents our work.
• Sales Tax
  We do not charge sales tax on wholesale orders, provided the buyer submits a valid resale certificate or tax ID for their state in advance of their purchase. If no resale certificate is provided, applicable taxes may be charged depending on your state laws. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all local tax regulations when reselling our products. To submit your resale certificate, please email it to aster@inthebarn.shop from the email address associated with your account, before placing your first order.
• Customer Service & Returns
  Retailers are solely responsible for handling all returns, exchanges, and customer service inquiries from their own customers. If a customer who purchased through your shop contacts In The Barn Shop directly, we will kindly redirect them to you. We're always happy to support you behind the scenes with any product issues that fall under our refund/replacement policy (e.g., print or fulfillment errors), but your shop is the primary point of contact for your buyers.
• Intellectual Property
  All designs, logos, brand names, and copy are the property of In The Barn Shop and may not be reproduced, modified, or used for derivative products.

By placing a wholesale order with In The Barn Shop and using a wholesale discount code, you (the retailer) agree to all terms and conditions outlined above in addition to our standard Terms of Service.
