Hi, I'm Michelle 👋
I’m the founder of In The Barn, based in the heart of Kentucky farm country. Life out here — surrounded by horses, open skies, and muddy boots — inspired me to create this shop as a way to share the comfort, humor, and heart of rural living.
It started with just a few shirts I made for fun, and grew into something much bigger — thanks to amazing people like you who saw a little of their own story in it.
Family & Horse Life 🐎
My daughter is the true horse girl of the family. We have gone on a few adventures together like trail riding in the Rockies. Mostly we are surrounded by the many beautiful horse farms with the long white fences that are found all over central Kentucky. And farm life is still strong and proud here.
